What We Do

Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT)

Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) is an umbrella term for the programs and services offered at KFTHC.  These activities include both mounted (Therapeutic Riding) and ground (Therapeutic Horsemanship) activities. Other categories include Recreation and Leisure Activities, Sport Activities, Equine Assisted Personal Development, and Equine Assisted Learning Activities.

KFTHC offers programming for adults and children. Through KFTHC's programming participants learn safety around horses, mutual respect between horse and human, and leadership.
